Throughout his professional career, Manu Fernández has combined his work as a TV director with his role as a film director. As a television director, he has worked with the country’s leading networks and production companies. In 2023/24, he wrote and directed Ella es una sensación and La ambición de Marie, short suspense films with a unique and innovative style. His films have received various awards and nominations on the festival circuit. Since 2022, he has been a member of the Spanish Academy of Cinematic Arts and Sciences.
