Cineshort Platform collaborates with talented directors from around the world to enable you to use this service. We do not have original production films. All rights and responsibilities of the film belong to the film owner. As a member of our platform, you can watch, share, and evaluate the film. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Cineshort websites, Cineshort Mobile App or any other Cineshort service (the “Service”) operated by CINESHORT LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Also, you need to have the power to enter a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws, You must create a membership with your mobile phone number and e-mail to use it. We will contact you to announce new updates, news about us and ask your feedback about us.

Your password protects your user account, and you are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and secure. You understand that you are responsible for all use of your username and password on the Cineshort Platform. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The material on Cineshort is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the only basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on Cineshort is at your own risk. Cineshort shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction. Cineshort reserves the right, periodically and at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the Cineshort Platform, with or without notice, all without liability to you for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Cineshort Platform or any function or feature thereof. You understand and agree that Cineshort no obligation to maintain, support, upgrade, or update the Platform, or to provide all or any specific content through the Platform.

Severability If any provision of the terms be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the terms.
